FENNUX shall not be in default if delivery is delayed or rendered impossible by forces of nature, war, civil commotion, governmental action, terrorism,
fire, storm, flood, explosion, strikes, walkouts, other industrial disturbances, utility, services or transportation interruptions, or any other cause
beyond our reasonable control.
General Use Restrictions
FENNUX grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to make use of our services. FENNUX can revoke your access to our service for any given
reason. Read below for more information about how your license to use FENNUX can be revoked.
Reasons for Termination
1.) If a user is found out to be hacking our code / exploiting our code / circumventing our code / etc.
2.) If a user is spamming Website URLs attempting to profit / harass / break United States law in any of our official chats / forums.
3.) If a user advertises other non-associated breedable games in any of our official chats / forums.
4.) If a user uploads any form of illegal material to our United States hosted servers.
5.) If a user disturbs the peace of the general community.
6.) If law enforcement contacts us to revoke access to a user, we will comply given proper evidence.
We reserve the right to remove anyone from our service, at any time, for any reason.
Cancellation
If you no longer want to use Fennux, it's simple - just stop feeding your creatures. You will never lose your Fennux, but you may lose out on breeding cycles. If you want us to
close/lock your account permanently, contact us via the
Support Page.
Online Experience Liability
Fennux is not liable for experiences had with non-Fennux staff members. Any user you interact with over our network has nothing to do with Fennux. Fennux will never
be liable for user experiences involving private chat discussions / public chat discussions.
Password Restricted Areas of this Site
You need a password to access certain areas of the Fennux service. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to make use of these areas.
You may NOT transfer this license to anyone else.
Purchases
If you purchase anything from Fennux, your order is accepted as an offer to purchase said product. We do not have any refund policy for purchases.
